I have completed my entire academic career in the field of Tourism, and am currently pursuing my Master's degree in Tourism as well. My thesis focuses on the use of blockchain in the tourism industry, and through this research, I have had the opportunity to give lectures and organize seminars on the topic. While my original goal was to become an academic, I eventually decided to pursue a career as a corporate trainer because I believe I can make a more immediate impact in this role. With this goal in mind, I began working for one of the largest technology companies in the world. As a customer representative, I was able to progress towards my goals by taking on additional responsibilities, for example; I received floorwalker and mentorship training at my company. For example, I served as a floorwalker, providing assistance to colleagues who were new to the job and experiencing issues during calls. I was then selected to be a mentor, helping new colleagues to become acclimated to the company culture and improve their overall experience at the company. I also provided two weeks of training to new colleagues at our operations in other countries and supported them during their first call experiences. Currently, I am here, I am working at Binance TR and my goal remains the same. I have already seen some progress in this role, as I have been able to help two colleagues successfully complete the PiP process as part of the Buddy program. I have confidence in my QA score and monthly QA exam scores.

Through these experiences, I have gained valuable skills such as effective communication, problem-solving, and the ability to adapt to different environments. These skills, combined with my educational background in tourism and expertise in the use of blockchain, make me a strong candidate for the trainer position. I hope we have the opportunity to work together.

Training design is a process aimed at meeting the needs of the target audience in a manner that aligns with the goals of the training. In this process, the goals, content, learning methods, and assessment methods of the training are determined. In the training design process, the first step is to identify the objectives and goals of the training, and then decide on the content and learning methods that will be used to achieve those goals. Then, appropriate assessment methods are chosen to evaluate the effectiveness of the training. Training design is important in increasing the effectiveness of training and includes many factors that can affect the success of the training.

Bilmediğim bir soru gelirse;

If I get a question that I don't know the answer to while I am teaching, it is important for me to stay calm and handle the situation in a professional and constructive way. Here are a few strategies I might use:

Admit that I don't know the answer: It is okay for me to admit that I don't know the answer to a question, as long as I do so in a respectful and professional way. I can say something like, "I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to that question. However, I will do my best to find out and get back to you."

Seek the help of a colleague: If I am teaching as part of a team or have access to other experts in the field, I can ask for their help in answering the question. I can say something like, "I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to that question. However, I have a colleague who is an expert in this area. Let me check with them and see if they can provide more information."

Encourage students to think critically: Instead of simply providing the answer, I can encourage students to think critically and come up with their own solutions. I can say something like, "I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to that question. However, let's think about the problem together and see if we can come up with a solution using the information we have learned so far."

Offer to follow up later: If I am unable to answer the question or find the answer in the moment, I can offer to follow up with the student later. I can say something like, "I'm sorry, I don't know the answer to that question. However, I would be happy to follow up with you after class and see if I can find more information."

Overall, it is important for me to be honest and transparent about my limitations as an instructor, but also to show my willingness to help students find answers and learn as much as possible.
