Để đảm bảo sự thống nhất trong việc sử dụng Hệ thống trên toàn địa bàn Thành phố năm 2022 và mở rộng trong năm 2023 qua đó nâng cao hiệu quả công tác quản lý, chỉ đạo và điều hành của UBND thành phố, Chủ tịch UBND thành phố, Văn phòng UBND thành phố tổ chức triển khai thí điểm hệ thống tại một số cơ quan đơn vị gồm Sở, ban, ngành và 15 UBND quận, huyện như Chương Mỹ, Đông Anh, Hoàn Kiếm...Thời gian triển khai thí điểm từ ngày 20/12/2022 đến 30/12/2022.
Sau thời gian thí điểm sẽ tiến thành sơ kết đánh giá, mở rộng tới các cơ quan, đơn vị khác thuộc Thành phố. Để việc triển khai thí được được thuận lợi, đảm bảo chất lượng và hiệu quả, ngày 20/12/2022, Văn phòng UBND thành phố phối hợp với VNPT Hà Nội triển khai hội nghị tập huấn Hệ thống quản lý văn bản và điều hành tập trung của Thành phố Hà Nội cho các đơn vị thuộc diện thí điểm.
vnpt Hội nghị, các kỹ sư của VNPT Hà Nội đã giới thiệu tổng quan hệ thống quản lý văn bản và điều hành thành phố Hà Nội, các quy trình nghiệp vụ cần xử lý trong quá trình thực hiện cũng như các tính năng nổi bật của hệ thống.
VNPT Hà Nội sẽ bố trí các cán bộ đầu mối trực kỹ thuật để tiếp nhận, giải quyết các khó khăn, vướng mắc trong suốt quá trình thí điểm.
