1) Why did you choose to apply to this program?
-Problem solving
-Enjoy Hands on work
-its more personal (hands on)
-Helps with career goals (future Jobs, Business)
2) Tell me about any related work experience you have had?
-Renovations in Florida, doing flooring (floating floor installed), Destroying and rebuilding a shower.
-Landscaping, Concreate mix into a molded path. Trenches for backyard garden, brick/stone laying, using power tools such as the grinder, hammer drill, electric drill. Also did some ceramic spreading for tiles etc.
3) Where do you want to be in 5 years?
-My own business as a fully certified electrician.

4) Do you know how to apply for traditional apprenticeship programs ? (without
OYAP)
-No
-Willing to learn, and to try new things to learn how to.
5) Are you willing to travel to get to the program?
-Yes (currently don't have licence.)
6) Do you foresee any challenges to being successful in the program?
-A steep learning curve in understanding terms and important health and safety factors when working.
-I'll take on the challenge of learning it.
7) How would you describe your attendance in school?
-Very good, rarely miss any days in school. Would be late some days but by just a few minutes. Only times I'm ever away from school are on trips (tournaments, sports, etc.) or when I have a visit to the doctor.
