Animator

Vivian "VivziePop" Medrano is a Salvadoran-American animator and comic creator. She is also a voice actress, writer, and illustrator. Her animations are primarily funded by her Patreon account.

Viv started her career as an aspiring animator when she saw Bambi on VHS. She then studied at the School of Visual Arts and graduated with a Bachelor in Fine Arts. After graduating, she worked as a freelance animator for two years.

During her studies, she released several short animations on YouTube. These included her thesis film "Timber," which won a Dusty Award.

Viv is an avid fan of musicals and horror films, and she has three cats. She draws on a Wacom Cintiq 22 HD. Viv is also a fan of casting actors from cartoons in her animations.

Comic creator

The Vivziepop Comic creator has a few controversies to her name. Her creations have been accused of being "insensitive", ranging from explicit NSFW art to supporting content creators who have done blackface.

For a while, VivziePop had a thriving Youtube channel. However, this did not last. A few months after releasing her second film, she stopped posting videos. This is believed to be due to the controversies.

Viv's fan-animated music video drew attention from the YouTube community. It was a bit more streamlined than other projects. Viv also enlisted the help of freelance animators to produce the film. She uploaded the pilot to her YouTube account in October of 2019.
