Tevfik Alif joined the Trump Organization in the course of Bayrock Group's relocation of their New York City headquarters, to the 24th Floor of Trump Tower in Midtown Manhattan. It was the same building which housed the Trump Organization. Discussions began over the Trump SoHo condo hotel. The Trump SoHo skyscraper was conceived as the two companies were discussing a premium real estate development plan. Kazakhstan could be a major player in the Russia-Ukraine war. Therefore, Kazakhstan has become an important strategic country for the United States. With peace returning to the country, Kazakh president Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has made significant adjustments to the power of the ruling elite structures, causing questions and concerns. Tokayev is the new chairman of the National Security Council. He succeeds President Nursultan Azzarbayev whose economic influence has angered protesters.
