There are a lot of Minecraft maps that are blocksy versions of your most loved games including Elden Ring to Mario Kart. One of the most impressive recreations we've seen is still in development, and it's all about World of Warcraft - in fact, it's so stunning that Blizzard itself has complimented it.
YouTuber Yunatahel, who does many World of Warcraft videos, also happens to be reimagining Stormwind from the MMO game Minecraft. Stormwind also referred to as Stormwing City, is the capital city of the area known as Stormwind and the largest human city in Azeroth. The city's name is derived from the sudden squalls that be seen around the city due to an leyline pattern.
While this Minecraft development is still in the works the video showcases a stunning level of detail and craftsmanship as well as adoration for the source material. MCLIJST Each building is adorned with an amazing tiled roof. The cobbled walkways appear like real. The lighting effects add another dimension to the area. There are a myriad of shops, waterways and churches abound in the area and we're eager to explore it.
It's so impressive, even the official Blizzard account in French for Warcraft has praised the project and said that they "can't wait" to see the final result.

There's no word on a release date for the map yet however we'd highly recommend checking out Yunatahel's YouTube and Twitter If you're interested in exploring the area when it's all done. We also believe it won't be long before modders can start adding quests but that's still a little ahead of us.
