Who are you? No really, WHO ARE YOU? If you truly know your identiity you would probably discover how to reply to difficult or conflict situations. But most individuals have no idea who we really are inside, and thus we avoid or just jump in blindly when it comes to handling difficult situations.
For example, maybe the man or woman who the truth is inside mirror you think being stable and artistic with a healthy emotional expression. That person has a combination of strength, sensitivity and creativity that you will admire - while others do too because they've said just as much. But everything you can't locate or chose not to acknowledge may be the insecurity and self-doubt that lies just beneath the surface. Yes, that's you, the genuine you. That air of confidence which everybody admires is additionally hiding your insecurity and self-doubt.
Now you are aware you've these underlying issues, don't you think pretty sure that probably the way you handled past conflicts was based solely on these traits rather than the environment of confidence that you released there for everybody to view. It's the insecurity and self-doubt that drives your need to express your anger or resentment every single time, it doesn't matter what. You may not like what the thing is that within the mirror today, but one does have the capability to change what you see, that which you don't like. Don't hide your weaknesses, bring them out and confront them. When you acknowledge what they are, you are able to better realise why you re-act to particular situations the way which you do. You will know the next phase to consider, how and when to look at that step each time you're faced with a difficult or conflict situation.
When you're taking steps to alter what you see inside the mirror, you're giving yourself permission to get clarity and confidence because you look deep within yourself. You give yourself permission to develop new options and strategies for managing any existing conflicts; not just that, however, you gain confidence is likely to abilities to handle and resolve those conflicts. Again, look inside the mirror, what can the thing is? Someone who is ready to accept new ideas? Someone who wants to change their behaviors along with their thoughts in order to result in real ends in their life?
