Today's Caves & Cliffs snapshot is extremely shining! It could be described as glowing... servers But wait, it's an Squid.





21w03a: New Features

- Adds glow of lichen - Added glow squid!





Glow Lichen

- A dim source of light that is produced in caves. To grab it, use shears. Spread it on block surfaces with bonemeal.





Glow Squid

Glow Squids have excellent lighting and can be observed from a distance! If they are killed, glow squids drop glow ink sacs. Glow ink sacs can be placed on signs to make the message very visible, even at night! Uses colors! You can make a glow item frame by using an ink bag that glows and an item frame from the crafting table. Any item in a glow item frame is perfectly illuminated even at night! To eliminate the glow effect, apply an Ink Sac to cover a sign. Axolotls will attack glow squids they see so...be be careful.
