It only works on 1.19.3 (forge)(Java) though in other versions it doesn't appear, so it doesn't make it so rare in other versions. Versions that can't be used: 1.19.2 - 1.14.1 and older versions like Alpha and Beta.

Well, the first Minecraft player that discovered it was Mineralaxy, he created a footage of it in YouTube, and it seemed that the version was 1.12.2 or 1.13 in Java, but I was wrong... it seems that is 1.17 - 1.18 because I just noticed that he is using an old Texture Pack.
