GRAND HOTEL STAFF RULES (2015)
-Do not use hotel alert for events or etc, only allowed when there is a technical problem such as going to fix the client.
-Do not insult or use bad words towards inappropriate players and try to Be friendly as possible.
-Only allowed to talk with other staff members via whisper unless at the staff’s room.
-Do not give other players reward,badges,credits and furni. (!)
-Do not host or make any events before asking the owner
-every permenant ban should come with a screenshot of a chatlog.email/fb it to the owner so its easy to make it as an evidence.
-always wear the staff badge
-mod are allowed to use a fake account to track down scammers or etc.
-when using a normal accounts, make sure you wont show your identity as a moderator.
-staff catalogue or rares are only for admins
-always alert towards the ticket browser!!!!
-do not give player your identity, social accounts or etc.
-make sure at least one moderator are online at every shift. (!)
-listen and obey towards the admin’s rule.
-in case if a user wants to buy a credit/vip tell the admin asap,
-do not missuse the mod tools
-moderator that is not online within 5 days will be fired.
-do not force your idea to the hotel owner or you will get banned permenantly
-if a moderator/ambassador caught giving credits to user or rares to user,its a perm ban
-grand staff arent allowed to have any business against other retros, if caught perm ip ban
-do not do any website or forums without asking the admins permission
-Do not ask admin a for rares or credits. (!)
-You can only ban user that is advertising/rude against other user /scamming/
-be as friendly as possible even if the user is being rude or cursing, u may mute if the user curse u.
-Dont ask for rank promotion (!)
-Do not annoy the hotel owner. (!)
-Teamwork is important between other staff member
-Do not fight with other staff. Respect each other. (!)
-If user ask if hotel owner hiring for staff,say yes but they need to wait for the next interview that will appear in news sectiom
-If you see the hotel have only 1 users online which is only you, promote the hotel on other retros. HOW TO PROMOTE:-
-add as many as user that you can
-invite via pm ex: visit grandhotel.ml hiring/friendly staff/updated weekly rares/updated rare,lagg free
-make sure you use a vpn (virtual private network) (google hotspot shield download and connect.)
-if your invitation works, talk to that user, make him/her comfartable
-make a small event such as fridge game/falling furni etc.
-invite and talk friendly via pm,
-do not promote at (zettahotelz,peacehotel,interhotel)

-if a user threaten to boot the hotel perm ip ban him/her
-do not trust anyone that saying him/her is a staff member. staff member are only with grand staff badges.
-if user is more then 100. mods need to be hidden.
-do not close room using mod tools, only if the room is advertising or scamming other user.
-always check the chat log of new user.(he/her maybe advertising their retros/inviting)
-Dont ever missabuse your mod tools!
-if user speak's in other language, let them be. here in grand we accept any language.
-remeber do not insult user!! if the user insult you, you may make a first mute for 10 mins.
-be as friendly as you can even the user are being rude to you, we welcome all user's. no racism
-once user is fired and banned no more beggging to be a staff. not even fake account.
-the more user you invite, the more chance to get promoted
-alert to the ambassador, their job is to moderate public and welcome new users


(ADMINS WILL CHECK EVERY BAN'S AND STAFF COMMANDS LOG VIA DATABASE)which we can see any commands ex:massbadge ABC
