What types of training have you previously given and what topics did you cover in these trainings?

I have previously given customer service trainings in a call center. These trainings covered topics such as customer service standards, customer communication techniques, ways to improve customer satisfaction, and how to manage customer complaints.

Which training techniques and methods do you most often use and why?

In online trainings, the most common training techniques that I use include giving examples, working in groups, and role playing. These techniques encourage active participation and better understanding from students. They also make the training more effective by capturing the students' attention more effectively. In addition to these techniques, I also like to use interactive activities such as quizzes and games to engage students and help them retain information. I also place a strong emphasis on providing hands-on practice and real-world examples in my trainings to help students better understand the material and apply it to their work. I try to customize my training approach to the specific needs and learning styles of my students. For example, if I have a group of visual learners, I might use more visual aids and demonstrations in my training. I am always looking for new and innovative ways to deliver training, and I am open to trying new techniques if I think they will be effective.
