How to allocate more RAM to Minecraft
You have some RAM left but Minecraft doesn't make use of it? In this tutorial, you will discover a simple method to give more RAM to Minecraft.
If you're a Minecraft player, you may have noticed that you are using very little RAM. If you install mods that improve the game's performance or to enhance gameplay, such as adding new objects, mobs or world generators it could cause the game to close immediately. This is because the game requires more RAM than what you have.
Minecraft is developed in Java which means that you must have both the standard 32-bit and 64-bit version installed in Java so that you can increase the available RAM of the game.
Increasing the RAM available for Minecraft is easy, but you should consider the RAM of your device as you shouldn't give up more than half of the memory on your device. If you have a computer with 4GB of RAM you shouldn't give more than 2GB.
