A British man hopes to have broken the world record for the longest game played continuously in Minecraft.
Joe Kelly, of Cheltenham Joe Kelly, from Cheltenham, played the game for 35 hours, 35 minutes and 35 seconds, and raised PS1,800 for cancer research.
Martin Fornleitner, Austria, set the record for 24 hours and 10 minutes in the year 2011.
Minecraft is about building structures using blocks, exploring worlds , and fighting in battles.
The book has sold more than 54 million copies in the world.
In the year 2000, Microsoft bought Mojang, the studio behind it, for $2.5bn (PS1.5bn).
Mr Kelly is the owner of an entertainment company and is a voice actor, has been playing the game since it came out in 2010. He typically plays for only a few hours a week.
"Staying awake wasn't that bad I managed the whole thing without any caffeine," he told the BBC.
"There were no stimulants other than sugar and stubbornness."
Mr. Kelly who streamed the entire game on YouTube, added that the incident had taken its toll on his hands.
"My shoulders weren't sore, my back didn't ache - the worst thing was my fingers.

"They hurt so bad just from holding the mouse and keyboard for so long.
"Every little break that I took, I was flexing the fingers."
Mr. Kelly and his girlfriend, Sarah Vallance, are now in the process of sending the evidence of their feat to Guinness World Records.
He has no plans to take a break from the game.
"I introduced my girlfriend to Minecraft, we usually play together," he said.
" It's a thing we like to do together. I'm not averse to gaming."
