SOLUTION AND VALUE PROPOSITION OF THE NEW BUSINESS

SOLUTION :

The first solution is we must take or buy goods from the actual supplier. This is because we can easily collect the goods safely anytime without worrying about the other problems such as receiving the wrong stock’s orders. It will save more time and will get to prevent the stocks from the damages and stocks that expired quickly. The delayed time for each stock to arrive at home from the shipping process is tiring and waste more specific time. Meeting with supplier is more easy to deal with and they also can give us the cheaper price if we are the regular customer. It will creates bond and trust between the seller and the supplier which is good for building a good relationships in business matter.

The second solution is to get a discount of products by using an online platform’s vouchers. The platform that we used for buying this business products is Shopee and the reason we chose this platform is because it was really easy to use all the time and frequently used which is more familiar than the other online platform. If we are using the discount voucher from this platform, it will be easier to get a lower value and even a free shipping voucher is available here. With this way, it will save more money and shipping process’s value will always be cheap whenever where the location belong whether it is in Semenanjung or Sabah and Sarawak.

The third solution is to target what majority’s customer really wants with selling the products informally. We should check out the flavours that customers usually bought and buy more of the products to increase the sales.
