I have no challenge with revenge, extended it's guaranteed. If a playground bully is continually tormenting a lesser child, We're the first one to stand up and cheer when the victim finally gets upset and breaks the bully's nose. Naturally revenge, and can be so justice.



This weekend I made it happen. I broke my principle. I went to a memorial service. And now today, I do know why Do not think go towards the events. I am aware more. Today that too familiar vise, grips my chest yet again. Only this time, it isn't my loss, it's not my show, it's not my displeasure. But, the pain of grief of any widow is palpable and universal. The widow connection is so there.pure and simple. (This is about widows, certainly we can fill ultimately blanks with any grieving parent, spouse, friend, however for this.it's about widows) I attended a memorial service for the first time in 5 1/2 years. It was a beautiful tribute to a males and relatives. A family I have a wonderful history together with. A family I care deeply about.

Healing and recovery takes quite a challenging time. But moving forward can take place, leisurely. Some people take baby steps, some giant. It comes with no right way to advance. Each person must find her own way to life more. Life will be different. It may be important the individual to be able to a for you to honor the deceased. Lighting a candle on special anniversaries, having religious memorial services and performing other ritual celebrations of the individual's life can be healing pastimes.

The point is, Memorial Day is often a day of celebration. Everyday to spend with your wife and kids and in 24 hours to remember the fact that those that gone before us, have not died in vain. We still survive in a free country - something must never overlook.
