This refers to snoot.

08) The outlaw who has entered no riots is on the 2nd plank.
This refers to Ramen, who entered a faction, then quit.
Ramen = 2

04) The youngest female on the cast is somewhere between the other 2 females.
Gabe is between Ramen and Tripura. Therefore:

15) If you list off all of the outlaws standing on odd, prime-numbered planks, you get this list, in some order:
- an outlaw with a 5-letter name
- both casualties of the double kill
- a recidivated outlaw
- the loser of the second duel challenge

This clue implies that the set of planks [3, 5, 7, 11, 13] matches 1:1 to the set of outlaws [A, B, Krevus, Ace, Austyn].
A's name has 5 letters, and B is either Blixie or Maximo. From this information, we can conclude that:
Krevus = 3, 5, 7, 11, or 13
Ace = 3, 5, 7, 11, or 13
Austyn = 3, 5, 7, 11, or 13

10) No outlaw is standing on the plank whose number matches their own player number (i.e. #10 is not standing on the 10th plank).

14) The outlaws standing on planks 1 & 10 have ages that multiply to 323.

323 = 17 x 19. Therefore, only 17 and 19-year-olds can be standing on planks 1 and 10.

Nylo, Max, Snowy, and Krevus are all 17 years old.
We already know from clue 15 that Krevus cannot be on either of these planks, so we'll exclude him from this sample space.

12) There is exactly 1 plank between the outlaws who's names end with a.

This clue refers to Megha & Tripura.
The first possibility is Megha = 1 & Tripura = 3. However, clue 04 tells us that Tripura cannot be 3. Therefore, this possibility is false. The other option is where Megha = 10 & Tripura = 8 or 12. Whilst Tripura cannot be 12, since clue 02 tells us that's snoot, she can definitely be 8. Therefore:
Megha = 10
Tripura = 8

03) If an outlaw’s discriminator contains no capital letters AND their game nickname contains a capital letter, then they must be within the central 6 planks.

This clue gives us information about Ace (acethepanda#9810). He must be within the center 6.

06) Both outlaws at the ends of the bridge have single-digit player numbers.

1 = Nylo or Max
14 = Nylo, Dean, or Max

09) The plank number that Blixie is standing on is not a factor of either of his player numbers. It is also not a factor of either of his finishing placements.

From this, we can elimininate 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12 as possibilities.

07) The eldest outlaw is next to the youngest outlaw.

Gabe and Austyn must be next to each other. Therefore:
Gabe = 4 or 6

13) Standing on planks 8 & 9 are outlaws with consecutive player numbers.

Megha, snoot, and Ramen have all been placed. Therefore, the only outlaw that can be in this set is Snowy.

This just leaves the "recidivated outlaw", which can only be Blixie or Maximo. Therefore, Nylo, Dean, and Max are not in any prime positions.

We now know that the outlaw on plank 13 does not have a single digit number. Therefore, the outlaw who said another outlaw's name in their bio is on plank 5. This is Krevus, since he said "I'm Krevus or Gabe".

Krevus = 5

This means that Ace can only be 7.
Ace = 7

Once Ace is placed, Austyn can only be 3.
Austyn = 3

Once Austyn is placed, Snowy can only be 11.
Snowy = 11

Once Snowy is placed, Blixie can only be 13.
Blixie = 13

This also means that Blixie is the recidivated outlaw mentioned in clue 15.

Once Gabe is placed, Maximo can only be 6.

01) Of all the outlaws that were eradicated in auto elim rounds, only 1 of them has a single-digit plank number.

Since Maximo is 6, this means that Blixie (13), Megha (10), and Nylo must be 10 or greater. Since there is only 1 option for Nylo to stand that has 2 digits...

Once Nylo is placed, Max can only be 1, and that leaves Dean in 9.
