Minecraft Update Adds Adorable Bees

Mojang is ready to introduce the next update for Minecraft and it's delicious as can be. Minecraft Snapshot 19W34A brings bees to the open-world adventure game, along with Bee Nests, Hives, and Honey. The Snapshot 19W34A can be used by Minecraft Java users, provided they enable them in the Minecraft Launcher.



Many people are familiar with bees from their real life. However Minecraft's bee-themed version is unique in its own way. Bees are neutral mobs meaning they don't harm the player unless the player first attacks. Like real bees, should a bee bite a player it will lose its stinger and eventually die. Bees can move between flowers and their homes and assist in the cultivation of crops. They may even share the place of flowers with other bees. Players can also breed bees by using flowers.

Bee Nests are spawned naturally in Flower Forests, Plains, and Sunflower Plains biomes. Players use honeycomb and wood planks for the construction of Bee Hives. The honey level in their home can rise up to five levels when the Bees travel between nests and flowers. Minecraft Servers Players can even make use of campfire smoke to soothe bees in their home, and then use a silk touch tool to unlock the block that has the Bees kept inside. Utilizing sheers on a nest or hive with full honey will produce a honeycomb, or Bottle to get a Honey Bottle.



Honey bottles are delicious and can be used to make sugar. At present, honeycombs can only be used to create a Bee Hive. Mojang has also modified Dispensers to allow them to fill bottles with water or honey. They also can shear Honeycombs from Bee Nests and Hives.
