Survival is one of the oldest and most original games in Minecraft's history. It revolves around gathering resources as well as building bases fighting mobs, and exploring the world. Vanilla Minecraft Survival Servers



Vanilla servers are fast and easy to set up and don't require any plugins to modify the game. This makes Minecraft the most basic or pure version of the game that it could possibly be. This could be referred to as "default" or "ordinary".



Most people prefer to set up a semi-vanilla-style survival system that allows mods that improve gameplay and protect against hackers.



There are two semi-vanilla server options to keep in mind:



Vanilla Europa is a semi vanilla Minecraft Server with minimal mods for anti-griefing.



Simply-Vanilla SMP uses only minimal plugins and data packs. They and strive for an experience that is based on community similar to classic hermitcraft and early Minecraft multiplayer.

Mineplex is one of the best Bedrock Minecraft Survival Servers. Mineplex is a Java server which has been running since January 2013. They also have a Bedrock edition, which is much more popular on pe.mineplex.com.

Herobrine is an urban legend in the Minecraft community that tells the story of a player dubbed Notch (The creator of Minecraft) who left behind a secret NPC in the game. The NPC was named Herobrine and would interact with the player in various ways including copying their inventory, and then destroying their creations. Herobrine is now a well-known and popular character in Minecraft and has a large fan base, despite being fake. Herobrine was created by Notch's friend, who developed an early beta mod that contained an unidentified NPC named Herobrine.



The Herobrine server is among the oldest operating servers and runs on Java.

An excellent way to locate a small Survival Server, is to join a Minecraft Server List and do an online search for players. A server with less than 100 users could be considered small. However, it is entirely up to the player. Because of costs, servers have to have a certain number of players to in the ongoing costs and tasks related to the server.
