- Introdusere om at vi har gjort oss noen tanker etter den raske kontraktskrivingen på søndag
- Starte med å fortelle om tidligere samtaler om lønn med Cindy (Kjapp og enkel lønn, langt under tariff)
- Da vi startet ble vi enige om EN høyere timelønn enn vanlige satser som skulle gjelde enkelttimer OG samspill (for å gjøre regnskapet enklere)
- Nå er satsene økt og vi står på lik linje som andre instruktører, enkelttimer som samspill
- Vel å merke at antallet medlemmer har økt betydelig
Med bakgrunn i dette har vi blitt enige om at samspill bør ha timelønn på min. 500kr.pr.t.
Enkelttimesatser gjelder iom. det er samme type arbeid.
