The Danish government's plan to recreate the entire country in the popular computer game Minecraft has been hit by hackers' attacks.

Officials confirmed that several cities - including Copenhagen - had been damaged after users found ways to sneak virtual dynamite, which is believed to be banned, into the Danish area of the Minecraft world.

The city is being rebuilt by the Danish government.

Danish officials acknowledged that a lot of Danish towns have been razed to the ground and lots of new constructions have been constructed all across the country'

It even designed plans for teachers' lessons to help them navigate this virtual version of their country.

Initial reports suggested that whole cities were destroyed.

The claims were denied , however.

'We consider that as a nature of playing Minecraft that elements are broken down and new ones are being created.

"We will not resume the demonstration of Denmark on Minecraft.

"Occasionally, we'll also repair minor areas when buildings are removed and nothing new is being made.'

"We have created Denmark online in Minecraft so that young people could plant their own forest and create a lake, riding school or wind turbine, biogas plant, and so forth," said Kirsten Brosbol (Danish Minister of the Environment) at the official launch of the project.

'Pupils think it is much more enjoyable when they're working on their own house street, their own street, and so on.
