The Swiggy application is designed in a way that it will help the delivery partner as well as the customer to track and navigate the location in the best possible way. There is very less possibility that our application will ever mislead the delivery partner or any other relevant party.
We would like to tell you that sometimes there is a possibility due to unavailability or less availability of the delivery partner in the locality there can be a delay in the assignment of the same and because of the same sometimes outlet partner may ram out of stock or can get closed, so the only way to tackle this situation we have to cancel the pending orders.
We would like to also tell you that all the order ID’s that you mentioned in the previous email are canceled because of these similar reasons and we have initiated the immediately after cancellation from our side.
