Bộ Quốc phòng Nga đã thông báo điều chuyển cựu chỉ huy chiến dịch Mariupol Dmitry Bulgakov sang vị trí lãnh đạo hậu cần.
Bộ Quốc phòng Nga ngày 24/9 thông báo, Thượng tướng Lục quân Dmitry Bulgakov, Thứ trưởng phụ trách hậu cần quân đội, sẽ được điều động sang vị trí khác. Người thay thế ông là Đại tá 60 tuổi, Tướng Mikhail Mizintsev.

Là giám đốc Trung tâm Quản lý Quốc phòng Quốc gia, Tướng Mikhail Mizintsev phục vụ dưới quyền của ông Bulgarov trước khi trở thành người kế nhiệm ông. Khóa huấn luyện quân sự của ông được hoàn thành tại Trường Quân sự Kalinin Suvorov của Liên Xô vào năm 1980.
