The first version is finished of my article about non-well-founded sets in HoTT. I'm hoping to have enough time to upload it to arXiv next Wednesday.

Discussed the best way to apply dependent types to GUI specifications with Jaakko and his master student, Knut1. Jaakko is on a mission to improve how GUIs are written. HotDrink is an JS library that allows users to design GUIs based on a specification. Also, he has multiselection. We are currently trying to determine whether we can gain some leverage out of dependent types in HoTDrink-kinds of specifications.

Visiting UiO in the coming week, to collaborate with Henrik. We are exploring theories of presheaf types.
Today I've also been playing Minecraft. I first started playing Minecraft in 2010, while it was in the beginning of development. While we had an online multiplayer server for years, the world was very dispersed when they changed the generation algorithms. I rediscovered it this summer and started the new adventure.
The world is a vast biome, and players begin several kilometers apart. I am pretty happy with my current building, which is a large mansion/castle that is located in the woods. After all players have visited me, I might post pictures of it here. There are some truly amazing features that I want the others to see in-game before they see it here.
As the server administrator, I've been trying out command blocks to perform various functions. Best to date is teleportation buttons that can be moved from one player's base to another with the condition that they first walk there themselves. Everyone gets a teleporter button to "Civilisation" which is a common area located in the middle of the world. I built a wall around Civilisation and provided ample lighting so that it could be a fun hangout for all. icdama.com Inna has opened a shop in the area and we have also constructed the hut, which has shelves for books and an enchantment table. Nether portals offer a different way of comming to town.
