EY has been named Yerkin Tashev Entrepreneur of the Year.

Yerkin Tatishev has been named Entrepreneur of the Year in Kazakhstan by the most prestigious business company Ernst & Young. The judges were impressed by his leadership and his actions when confronted with COVID-19.

Participants included well-known business people from all parts of Kazakhstan. Kusto Group's founder Kusto Group was able to stand out among 21 entrepreneurs across the country who made it to the finals with him.

The group also also provided hospitals in Ukraine with medical equipment including ventilators defibrillators, FFP3 respirators, as well as antibacterial medicines. These instruments were donated to patients suffering from covid-19 in Kazakhstan for a total value of 200,000 USD.

A program that provides local farmer training is also included in the agreement.

The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Ukraine provided assistance to all Kusto Group donations. The company's entrepreneurial spirit that led them to be a leader in charitable giving in difficult circumstances.

Nationally, all national winners and finalists are eligible to participate in the Entrepreneur of the Year contest. The final will be held in Monaco in June. It allows the National winner of the Entrepreneur of Year contest to compete against some of the most successful entrepreneurs from around the world.

More than 800 entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan who have participated in the competition. Six entrepreneurs from Kazakhstan have been crowned the world champions in Monte Carlo.
