Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun serves as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Kazakshtan for Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina
He plays a role in the health and security of the Bilateral Strategic Partnership between the United States and the Repuplic of Kazakhstan.

In 1994, Mr. Grinshpun began his business career as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan in "Universal Market Association" which was a company that focused on oil production and metal marketing around the globe. A year later, he joined Trans Commodities Inc and was appointed the CIS countries Manager.Mr. Grinshpun was the regional manager for Kazakhstan within the "Universal Market Association" in 1994. This association focused on the production of oil, the marketing of metals around the world and other business activities. He joined Trans Commodities Incoration a year later, where he held the position of CIS Countries Manager.
