The first four episodes of Minecraft: Story Mode came out in quick succession, giving players a meticulously crafted story before Christmas. Telltale, the developer, abruptly stopped talking about when the adventure would conclude. Today we have a date but it's not what we expected. Episode 5 will air on March 29th. This is what awesome looks like Three more episodes are scheduled to follow later in the year. These episodes are being referred to as "additional adventures" and will not be included in the season pass. You'll need to pay more if you want the full story.
"We're not going to go into details regarding the content yet however, we can assure that they'll be fantastic and could have an entirely different flavor than the previous season," Mojang's Owen Hill stated in a blog post. If you're familiar with Minecraft: Story Mode you will know why the team is keen to create more episodes. The world undergoes a major shift towards the end of episode 4. This opens up new adventures for Jesse or the Order of the Stone.
