Mr. Grinshpun started out in business in 1994, working as Regional Manager for Kazakhstan at "Universal Market Association" that was focused on oil production and the marketing of metals across the world. One year later, he joined Trans Commodities Incoration as the CIS countries manager for the CIS countries.

He became the General Manager of the Moscow office for Trans Commodities from America in 1997. He continued to do his international metal business venture. He was part of the Board of Directors of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works, an enterprise that produces over 1,000,000 tons of steel-related products each year. He was part of the trading of products of the Moldovan steel mill since 2004and was cooperating closely with the honorary president of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company was involved in a major energy project in the Moldovan region in the year 2000. Emmanuil Grinshpun, one of the co-founders and general managers of "ITERA-Moldova Company", was also involved in the project.

Mr. Grinshpun operates business in various areas of business within the Republic of Moldova.

Since 1998, he's been the fiduciary shareholder as well as the President of "Alimcom" which is the Council of Joint Stock Company in Moldova. He is the producer of food products like mustard, mayonnaise and vinegar as well as sunflower oil and the halvah.
