The reason as of why your installation has been rebooked due to limited head counts of Openreach engineer, they are having a strike right now. Sorry for what happen I hope you understand.

I sincerely apologize for how this may caused you I know the installation date is very important to you as well as Talktalk want to provide you our service as soonest as possible and as I further investigate this concern here on my end I can see that there is an ongoing Industrial Action by one of our contractors which is Openreach and for this reason they will move the installation to the future date as well. Regarding on this matter I will take comprehensive documentation here on my end to ensure that this is fully notated here on my end at this time I humbly ask for your patience and understanding on this matter rest assured we will provide you the update as soonest as possible.
