Blossoms By The Park by EL Development 
Blossoms By The Park at One North is a new development located right at the heart of Buona Vista Slim Barracks Rise Condo by EL Development. The location is near the Buona Vista MRT station and surrounded by the one-north biomedical and technology hub. This is the latest development with 405 units added to the limited supply of private residential units in the area.

The developer for Blossoms By The Park is EL Development Pte Ltd. It is a real estate development and investment company based in Singapore which first started out as a small business unit within one of Singapore's leading builders, Evan Lim & Co. Pte Ltd. But since 2007, it has been incorporated as a separate company. The company has since undertaken various property development and redevelopment projects, acquiring land from private en-bloc and government land sales (GLS). Some of its notable projects include Pullman Residences, Parc Riviera, Steven Suites, and Illuminaire On Devonshire.

Besides the ease of travel, residents would be delighted to know that the area around the Blossoms By The Park is a food haven. Galaxis and Fusionpolis, located at One-North MRT station, are business spaces that are equipped with various popular dining options such as Breadyard, FoodBarn, and Hugs Coffee.

Furthermore, Rochester Park, surrounded by lush greenery, is also within walking distance and residents seeking to eat at fancy restaurants will be spoilt for choice. From Da Paolo BistroBar for Mediterranean food to Min Jiang @ One North for a Chinese fine dining experience, Rochester Park will not disappoint. On days when having a drink is appropriate, residents can also head to Holland Village to indulge in drinks. Of course, there are also hawker options as residents can head to Timbre+ to enjoy various cuisines and local delights.

The Star Vista and Rochester Mall, where they will be able to stroll to Cold Storage, hairdressers, and a variety of restaurants. The Star Vista is also home to The Star Performing Arts Centre, which delights the senses with its many celebrity concerts and shows. A short drive will take you to Holland Village and its shophouses, where small merchants sell unique items not often seen in big retail malls. Holland Village also has specialty restaurants, grocers, and a food court.

Shopping Centers Options near Blossoms by the Park are Rochester Mall, The Star Vista, & Holland Village. The residents can get to enjoy the convenience of amenities such as shopping, dining, banks, supermarkets, and pharmacies.


Families with school-going children or couples planning to have kids in the future will be glad to know that the development is near to a number of well-established educational institutions. Some of the nearby schools and institutions include Fairfield Fairfield Methodist School, ACS School (Independent), Singapore Polytechnic, INSEAD, Anglo-Chinese Junior College, and the world-renowned National University of Singapore.

According to the URA announcement on 11 Oct 2021, EL Development submitted the top bid for Parcel A at $320.1 million or $1,246 per square foot per plot ratio (psf ppr). Both land parcels, Slim Barrack Rise Parcel A (Blossom By The Park) & Parcel B are part of JTC Corporation’s continued efforts to inject more residential spaces into the one-north estate.

In April 2021, One North Eden sold 85% (140 out of a total of 165 units) during the weekend its launch. with prices of units sold ranging from $1,800 psf to $2,250 psf. During Blossoms by The Park Floor Plan , more than 1,200 expressions of interest were received, meaning the 165-unit project was 7.3 times subscribed.
