This Zelda: Breath of the Wild Mod For Minecraft Totally Hyrules

The vast and lovely landscapes of Breath of the Wild are such a great match for Minecraft that someone designed the entire BOTW map last year, but that was only a beginning point. A second group of modders added some Zelda gameplay to the map by using a Sheikah slate and all its features, including a boomerang, and Sheikah towers. You can give the creepers who annoy you with the sound of their explosive efforts to experience the torture using Link's remote detonator bombs.



As reported by PCGamesN The Breath of the Wild datapack was developed by modders Craiy and Joris, and it's actually very cool.



The most obvious things you'll see in your Minecraft world are the typical Bokoblin camps that dot the landscape and the slightly rarer Sheikah Towers designed to look like the giant spires Link climbs over Hyrule. While fighting Bokoblins is a great first step, you must be able to also capture their Boko Stick clubs. However your next priority should be making ladders and climbing up to the top of the Sheikah Tower. There you'll be able to grab the old Sheikah multitool of destruction and be able to start wreaking havoc.



You can move and pick up metal blocks such as iron or copper using the magnesis function.



In reality, it would be really cool to create an underwater base that could only be entered through cryonis ice pillars not? I did attempt to channel my inner Link by dropping iron blocks on top of bokoblins but they'll just slither through them and fall to the ground instead of doing damage. They didn't believe I was trying to make them miserable.



The boomerang, hero's tunic , and hero's tunic may be rare but they're worth looking for. Craiy provides all the information and more in the mod show video that follows.



The current version is compatible with Minecraft 1.19. However, Craiy claims that they are working on an update to the BOTW Datapack.



Unfortunately, the creator of last year's Breath of Wild map decided not offer it for download. Instead, keep an eye out for the one being developed by Grazzy who created the map that Craiy and Joris used to showcase their datapack. It's possible to not combine them since Grazzy is creating Sheikah towers on his own and the BOTW datapack generates them. Or, hey, maybe you could mix your Zeldas with the Wind Waker style you can see on our top Minecraft texture packs list.
