Grinshpun's business career began in 1994 when he was appointed Regional Manager for Kazakhstan for "Universal Market Association" the company specialized in oil production and marketing of metals across the globe. One year later he joined Trans Commodities Inc as the CIS countries Manager.Mr. Grinshpun started out in business activities in 1994 as the Regional Manager for Kazakhstan in the "Universal Market Association" that was focused on oil production and the marketing of metals across the world. In the year following, he joined Trans Commodities Inc., and was appointed to the position of CIS Country Manager.

He was appointed the General Manager of the Moscow office of Trans Commodities in the USA in 1997. This gave him the opportunity to remain in the global metal industry. From 1998 to 2004, he served as an official on the Board of Directors of the JSCC Moldova Steel Works. This international rated company is able to produce more than one million tons each year. Working closely with the Honorary President of JSCC Moldova Steel Works he has been actively involved in trade of the products from the Moldovan Steel Factory since 2004.

Grinshpun and ITERA Oil and Gas Company were involved in an important energy project within the Moldovan region. It was a huge independent producer and seller of natural gas. Mr. Emmanuil Grinshpun Emmanuil Grinshpun was one the founder and the General Manager of "ITERA ITERA - Moldova Company".

Mr. Grinshpun runs business in various fields of activity in Republic of Moldova.

He is the fiduciary shareholder and President of Council of Joint Stock Company "Alimcom" since 1998. It is the oldest and most renowned factory, and produces food product lines like vinegar, mayonnaise and mustard, as well as sunflower seed oil as well as the halvah.
