Avanos Medical, FDA and Avanos Medical, FDA and the FDA have issued an Class 1 Recall of approximately 629 units of CORTRAK*2's Ental Access System. https://500px.com/p/raschvbzgotfredsen This feeding tube-placement device has been linked to multiple deaths and injuries.

Since the year 2015, there have been 23 deaths and 60 injuries reported in cases where nasogastric tubes or nasoenteric were not placed correctly.
This recall is utilized to rectify the label on the device in order to remind customers to make sure that the tube has been placed before they can deliver food.
