Go to a Minecraft map site like Minecraftsix.com or Minecraftmaps.com on your computer.
2. To learn more about maps, click the map's name.
3. Click the Download button after you have found the map you are looking for.
4. Unzip the downloaded file.
5. Right-click on the map folder, and choose Copy. Copy multiple folders that have names such as "DIM1" or "DIM-1" to ensure you have enough copies.
6. Select the menu option to select Launch Options from the Minecraft Launcher.
7. Enable ""Advanced Settings"" and click OK to confirm.
8. Click + Add New.
9. Toggle the ""Game directory"" switch to switch it on.
10. To open the Minecraft game folder Click the green Arrow.
11. Double-click the saves folder.
12. Copy the map folder that you copied previously to the saves folder by pressing Control+V on the PC or Command+V on Macs. Mac.
13. To play the new map, start Minecraft Launcher, tap the menu, and then select Launch Options. You can enable ""Advanced settings"" if you haven't already done so and then click + Add New to select and add your new map's folder. Once the map is added to the map, it will appear in the Singleplayer menu alongside all your other maps.
