hi good morning this is how to measures dry and liquid ingredients.

lets do dry ingredients first.

lets measure first a flour this is how to measure a flour.

don't scoop it out immediately and pack it down, once you scoop the flour and then stamp it, your measurement will not be correct and the result will not be good because of wrong measurement, instead use a spoon and put the flour in the measuring cup until overflows, if it overflows, scrape it with a flat spatula or the back of a knife.

next lets measure the brown sugar and the white sugar.

lets measure brown sugar first.

the brown sugar will be moist and formable, use a fork to crush it up and cover with a towel and
microwave for 10 seconds after that put it in a measuring cup with a spoon and pack it down.

next the white sugar

measuring white sugar is similar to flour.

this is how to measure white sugar.

use a spoon to fill the measuring cup until it overflows and also scrape it,dont do the pack it down because
you will make a mistake in measuring the white sugar.

now im done in the dry ingredients lets do now the liquid ingredients.

this is how to measure liquid ingredients.

do not look at the top of the glass measuring cup when you pouring the liquid ingredients.
make sure its on a level flat surface and then you gonna bend down where your eye level in the glass measuring cup
and pour it in until its exactly on the level with the mark on the glass measuring cup.
