At its core, Minecraft is a blocky first-person game about building things, exploring an unending wilderness, and fighting off nasty nocturnal beasts but that's not doing justice to the game. My 25-year old self views Minecraft as Legos to my 5-year-old self. It is a time-sucking and mind-bending experience that could be sleep-deprived. It's a great choice on the subject of creativity: it really does provide building blocks for your imagination.
Minecraft is without a real direction, anchoring plot, or any particular guidelines. Players are dropped into a world that has only the ability to carve out resources from the land and become a miner (duh! ).
Although the graphics aren't amazing, the game leaves you with only one goal on building. As the night gets darker, you'll be unable to chill out with a pickax against the creepy zombies, monsters, and other creepy creatures after you.
Minecraft's main focus is on crafting tools and gathering resources to construct anything you want. You'll still require raw materials, regardless of whether you're looking to construct stronger weapons to fight against the night creatures or build an impressive fortress to showcase to other miners out in the open. The game isn't easy. But after toiling for hours and hours finally stumbling upon that precise material is an unforgettable moment in its own right.

Minecraft is not a self-sustaining instructor. Majong's very limited resources are not enough to teach you the basics of Minecraft. Instead, I recommend searching the Net for community-made guides. There are plenty of guides that can help you get the most out of this game. And really, that limit is up to you.
If you simply want to concentrate on building and not have to worry about guarding your fortress Creative mode is for you. This mode gives you unlimited access to all tools and building blocks and also the ability to fly.
If you're apprehensive about the lack of direction, this game isn't for you. However, when it comes to open-world gaming and mechanics, Minecraft is a primitive but a great example of how to thrive on bare-bones gaming. Grab an axe and get digging.
