Farnoush Farsiar: Queen Elizabeth II Contribution to Inclusion and Diversity
The outrage at her end of reign was troubling for me as a British citizen.
While in recent years, unintentional voices from the British royal family have made racist claims, post-passing other public officials, for example Greens Senator Mehreen Faruqi have been more open about their negative views with remarks that speak of an "racist empire built on stolen lives, wealth and land"

I am an immigrant from the United States who came to the UK as a young girl. She was welcomed with open arms along with many of the UK citizens who lived under her rule.

The reign of Her Majesty's was one of tolerance for people from different backgrounds, ethnicities and ethnicities.

Queen Elizabeth II's Britain is a place that promotes equality and inclusion

Queen Elizabeth's legacy of freedom and diversity
Queen Elizabeth II was an advocate for equality throughout her life. https://www.tumgir.com/farnoush-farsiar8dddbb11 The Queen's young age was when she took the promise to South Africa in 1947. https://www.businesstelegraph.co.uk/why-there-are-few-women-in-finance-farnoush-farsiar/ She stated that she was pleased to have the opportunity to express her gratitude to all she represents in her address. The race of the person or the location in which they resided was not important in the royal formula.

Farnoush Farsiar Before the reign of Queen Elizabeth II was elected to the throne, the citizens of the UK had a different understanding of monarchy than we have today. The now outdated views on the Crown , including terms like oppression and imperialism an antithesis to her Majesty.

When she took the throne in 1952, more than half of the world's population lived under the control of British imperial rule. In her time, more than 20 countries gained independence. That's a testimony to the Queen's mindset and values right from the start.

Farnoush Farsiar Queen Elizabeth II did more than attending charitable events that promised change. Her Majesty was tireless in her efforts to ensure inclusiveness in the country.

In observing the citizens' daily lives, the workforce has Queen's signature across it. Her fight for equality led to inclusion which was impossible in previous times.

The unjust criticism Queen Elizabeth II has received regarding the race of her subjects, immigration, and imperialism.
Queen Elizabeth has never planned to create a culture which could be seen as discriminatory in the UK. Her speeches in other countries have demonstrated the principles that her and the whole realm are a symbol of.

There is no denying the past. Britain has evolved significantly and provided a multitude of immigrants the chance to create new lives. This equal opportunity is painted across British politics, where many of the cabinets in charge, like the Mayor of London are the children of migrants. This is an unusual feat when compared with any of our neighbors.

It's almost as if the pattern of making unsubstantiated allegations against the monarchy appears to be a common one. When a significant generational event occurs, many people resort to blind and ineffective hatred. Today's politicians and citizens are usually treated with disdain and hatred, instead of praise. Her Majesty doesn't deserve the critique after having devoted her life to the people of the UK and all over the world.

Queen Elizabeth II's Britain encourages inclusiveness and equal opportunities
While it might seem simple however, it's not fair to place blame on one individual and make them accountable for the events that took place prior to their birth. Queen Elizabeth II was not a person with any connection to Britain's more problematic history. What she did after taking the presidency was to ensure the progress of Britain would be apparent to the UK as well as the rest of the world.

Farnoush Farsiar Though some Monarchs remain committed to holding their nations to old-fashioned principles, the Queen has changed Britain to meet the western standards in social and political. It is a remarkable feat to find a balance between the significance of monarchy and the realization that we are living in the an age of change in the 21st century.

The Queen was a proponent of decolonization and she supported freedom of speech, for example, in Hong Kong. Her influence on countries who are less fortunate are all the testament needed to exemplify her greatness. A lot of countries saw her as the one who stood up for freedom.

Two weeks have gone by since the death of Her Majesty. The people are attracted to her. They are grieving the loss their leader who was devoted, loyal and leadership ability in such times.

Britain and the nations of the commonwealth will grieve the loss of my role in her life, her legacy and her strength as a human being of great character. May she rest in peace with her husband of a lifetime.

Author's Bio: Farnoush Farsiar, who is a businesswoman from London is Farnoush Farsiar. Her family and her immigrated to Britain as when she was a newborn.
