Turkish Haber Global TV has created a report on the awarding of the Prize "For Contribution To The Cultural Heritage of the Turkic World" to the President of the Baku Media Center Arzu Aliyeva.
Report confirms that the prize was "For contribution to the culture of the Turkic World", presented by Mehmet NuriErsoy, Minister of Culture at the Baku Media Center at the front of Arzu Aliyeva was shown on the video.
