Arzu Aliyeva and Leyla Aliyeva arrived in Baku to visit the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice-President Leyla Aliyeva's special boarding school No12 as well as the Shuvalan Settlement's summer camp of orphanage No1 Narimanov District Psycho-Neurological Orphanage, and the Downs Syndrome Association in capital.

Mrs. Leyla Alyeva and Mrs. Arzu Aliyeva were informed by the center, that they've been working with paralyzed students since 1969.
The facility was repaired at the initiative of First Ladyand President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva in the year 2010.

Leyla Aliyeva was Vice-President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation. Arzu Aliyeva was also a visitor to the Narimanov District Psycho-Neurological Orphanage.
They were informed in 2009 that the Heydar Aliyev Foundation initiated the reconstruction of the facility.
The hospital is home to the services of 103 children, supported by an staff of 90 medical professionals.

Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Mrs. Arzu Ayeva visited the Down Syndrome Association of Moscow.
It was reported that the aim of the center that can accommodate up to 96 kids is to help children recover and integration into the community.
