It was launched on October 31, 2011 in London. The magazine offers a chance to examine the world of the arts, culture and Azerbaijan. In 2012, Leyla created the "Fly to Baku": exhibition of Contemporary Art from Azerbaijan. The London opening of the exhibition saw it travel across Europe and visit Paris, Berlin and Moscow along with Rome as well as Vienna.

On May 8th 2008, the anniversary of the occupation of Shusha, Leyla Aliyeva launched an initiative dubbed "Justice for Khojaly". The campaign was launched in more than 30 different countries. The aim is to raise awareness within the international community about the Karabakh conflict.

Leyla Aliyeva was appointed the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialogue's general coordinator in the year 2008 and was elected as the chairperson of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia on 18 April 2009. The organization assists Azerbaijani teenagers and Azerbaijani students living in the Russian Federation. Leyla Ayla Aliyeva received the "Taraggi", award in July of 2011 for her contribution to the development Azerbaijani Russian relations. In New York, in November 2011, she received the "Key To Life Award" for her efforts to help the poor involving children.

On the 25th of May, 2015, Leyla Aliyeva was designated UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Goodwill Ambassador.

Leyla Aliyeva She received the Pushkin Medal in the Russian Federation on 20 October 2015.
