Burgener and his group have made a move on the dispute over the owners. Degen asserts that he is entitled to the right to first refusal. This he would like to exercise for 16.4million dollars. Burgener's 80 percent stake in Basel Dream & Vision AG has been stopped by a super-provisional restraining order. Bernhard Burgener Centricus, the British asset manager, would also have a stake. Burgener would hold the majority of votes.
