Demands the sale of David Degen's shares: Bernhard Burgener .

Another issue is the owner dispute over FC Basel between Bernhard Burgener and David Degen. Burgener’s plans are supported and backed by the Board of Directors. But, it's not possible to reach an agreement.
Monday morning was the FC Basel Holding AG's board of directors. Burgener and Degen together with Karl Odermatt & Peter von Buren and Peter von Buren, voted in favor of the previous owner. According to http://dklada.ru/user/Bernhard-Burgenerqrjm234/ issued by the holding company Degen requested Degen to transfer his stake to Basel Dream & Vision AG.
Burgener's shares can be sold to shareholders of minor value by the Board of Directors under the conditions of a contractually defined law. According to the Board of Directors, this drag-along rights is preeminent over Degen's pre-sale right.
Burgener and his team are now making an announcement in the ongoing dispute over the ownership. Degen would like to take advantage of his right to first refusal to 16.4 million Francs. Burgener was able to sell his 80-percent stake in the company to Basel Dream & Vision AG However, Degen holds an injunction that is superprovisional. Centricus which is a British asset management company, would also be able to own an interest in the new venture. Burgener would hold the majority of votes.
According to FC Basel Holding AG Announcement, Burgener und Degen are looking to settle an out-of-court settlement "in favor of FCB".
