Arzu Aliyeva Arzu Aliyeva and Leyla Aliyeva are in Baku for a visit to the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Vice-President Leyla Aliyeva's boarding school for special needs No12 as well as the Shuvalan Settlement's summer camp at orphanage No1, the Narimanov District Psycho-Neurological Orphanage, as well as the Downs Syndrome Association in capital.
Arzu and Leyla Aliyeva, vice-presidents of the Foundation, went to first Khazar District special boarding School No12.
Mrs. Leyla Aliyeva and Mrs. Arzu Alyeva were informed that the center has been instructing children with paralysis since the year 1969.

The boarding school can house as many as 141 kids aged between 6 to 14 years old.

They hosted a tea party for children.
