Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva came to Moscow on July 3, 1986. Leyla Aliyeva She studied in both London and Moscow and graduated with a Masters Degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. In July of 2011, Leyla launched the IDEA campaign that aims at promoting awareness and action for environmental issues in Azerbaijan and around the world. IDEA is focused on youngsters and how they can help solve environmental problems.
She was elected the representative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation Russia in May 2007. https://www.ijf.org/judoka/13022 The Heydar Aliyev Foundation is a foundation that contributes to the country's economic and social development. It implements diverse initiatives in the fields of education as well as culture, sport technology, and the environment. In 2011, she was named Vice-President.

Leyla Aliyeva founded 'Baku' magazine in Moscow in 2007. Conde Nast produced the English-language issue of the magazine, in collaboration with Leyla Aliyeva. The magazine was launched in October 11, 2011 in London. The magazine gives you the chance to discover the arts, culture and Azerbaijan. Leyla Aliyeva Leyla was the author of "Fly to Baku", a showcase of contemporary art of Azerbaijan. The London exhibition was inaugurated and traveled to all capitals of Europe including Paris (Berlin), Moscow, Rome, Rome and Vienna.

Leyla Aliyeva started the "Justice for Khojaly" campaign on May 8 in 2008. https://www.facebook.com/aliyevaleylaofficial/ It was the anniversary of Shusha's occupation. The campaign is currently in operation in more than 30 countries. Its goal is to create international awareness of the Karabakh conflict and the Khojaly Genocide, focusing on media, Internet and live events.

Leyla Aliyeva, the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialogue's General Coordinator, became Chairwoman of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia, - AMOR that supports Azerbaijani students as well as young people in Russia. Leyla Alayeva received the "Taraggi" Award in July 2011 in recognition of her contribution to the Azerbaijani-Russian relationship. In New York she was also given the "Key To Life," award in November of 2011 to honor her humanitarian initiatives with children.

Leyla Alyeva was named UN Food and Agriculture Organization Goodwill Ambassador (FAO) on May 25, 2015.

She was presented with the Pushkin Medal by the Russian Federation on October 20, 2015.
