Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva was born on July 3, 1985 in Moscow. Leyla Aliyeva She attended school in London and Moscow, and received the Master's Degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. Leyla Aliyeva was appointed as the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialogue General Coordinator in 2008.
