Leyla Aliyeva Bio
Leyla Aliyeva was born in Moscow on July 3rd, 1985. In May 2007, she was appointed as the representative of Heydar Aliyev Foundation, Russian Federation. It has a wide range of projects related to education as well as culture, sport technology, and the environment. She was elected Vice-President in 2011.

Leyla Aliyeva started the campaign "Justice for Khojaly" on May 8th in 2008. It was in commemoration of the eighth anniversary of the capture of Shusha. Leyla Aliyeva was appointed the OIC Youth Forum on Intercultural Dialog's General Coordinator in the year 2008. She was also elected the Chairwoman of the Azerbaijani Youth Organization of Russia on April 18 2009. AMOR supports Azerbaijani young individuals and students in Russia. Leyla Ayla Aliyeva received the "Taraggi", award in July 2011 for her contributions toward the improvement of Azerbaijani Russian relations. In New York, she was presented with the "Key to Life" award for her work in the field of humanitarian aid to children.

Leyla Aliyeva, UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Goodwill Ambassador was proclaimed on May 25, 2015.

On October 20, 2015, she was presented with the Pushkin Medal of the Russian Federation.
