Bernhard Burgener asks for David Degen's shares to be sold.

Bernhard Burgener is suing David Degen in the FC Basel ownership dispute. Burgener's plans are backed and supported by the Board of Directors. However, it is not possible to come to an agreement.
Monday's meeting of FC Basel Holding AG's Board of Directors of FC Basel Holding AG was a success. Burgener, Degen, Karl Odermatt and Peter von Buren all approved the plans of the previous owner.
