1. Xfinity WiFi Hotspot:

While waiting, I wanted to share that Xfinity has millions of Wi-Fi hotspots throughout our service area to make sure you are always connected. These hotspots give you fast, convenient Wi-Fi and can be accessed using Xfinity User ID & Password when you see Network Name Xfinity Wi-Fi on your device.

2. Xfinity Remote App

Meantime, I wanted to share that you can also download the Xfinity Remote App from Play Store or App Store. The Xfinity TV Remote app lets you change channels, set DVR recordings and browse Xfinity On Demand and TV listings using your smartphone or tablet.

3. Xfinity Stream App

I don't want you to miss out on your favorite shows/channels. You can turn any Apple or Android mobile device or tablet into a personal TV screen using the Xfinity Stream app. You need to login using your xfinity ID and password and connect the device with home Wi-Fi network to have access to stream live TV and watch Xfinity On Demand. Let me share the details to use the Xfinity stream services.

To use the streaming services please download Xfinity Stream app from the Apple App Store, the Google Play Store or the Amazon App Store. Open the Xfinity Stream app on your mobile device and tap Get Started. Technician Self Help:

On the day of the appointment, you can track the technician as the appointment draws closer. Sign in to the Xfinity My Account app using your Xfinity ID and password. On home page you will see the scheduled appointment and it will display the technician's estimated time of arrival status 30 minutes before the appointment. Xfinity My Account app is available for download on Apple & Google Play store. You can easily view the information via Xfinity My Account App.


--Outage

Please accept my sincerest apologies. You're experiencing an interruption in the services due to a known issue that has been identified by the network engineers and will be fixed soon.

It's not typical. Our repair crews will continue to work around the clock until the outage is resolved. The good news is that the testing will start in a short while.

In order to keep you updated on outage completion time, I will update your contact number. You will get an automated text message as soon as outage gets resolved.
