Are you a Streamer?

Vivecraft requires the original PC Java edition of Minecraft.



Vivecraft supports Minecraft versions 1.7.10 and 1.10 through 1.19.2. Minecraft servers For individual links, see Downloads.



Vivecraft is best utilized in a room that has SteamVR-compatible hardware such as the HTC Vive, Cosmos, Valve Index and Oculus Rift S headsets.



Vivecraft can also play on mobile VR devices like Oculus Quest and GearVR, PSVR or Daydream, Cardboard, Vive Focus via SteamVR Emulators, or Oculus Quest.



Vivecraft can be used in single player, LAN multiplayer and server multiplayer modes.



All versions of Vivecraft include Optifine performance and shader support.



The Forge modding platform is available in all versions.



Spigot and Forge both have server plugins that can be used to enhance your VR multiplayer experience.



Are you a streamer? Vivecraft supports Mixed Reality, undistorted desktop mirroring, as well as Undistorted Desktop Mirroring.



The Vivecraft NonVR Companion Mod allows non-VR buddies to see your hand movements, your head and head movement in multiplayer



designed for standing play with motion controllers. Also allows seated play with a mouse and keyboard.

History



Vivecraft was first introduced in 2013 under the name Minecrift by mabrowning and StellaArtois as a mod for seated-VR that was developed for the Oculus Rift development kits. Automat-GH made it available to OpenVR in early 2016. He also added the original implementations for roomscale play, teleporting, and the name MinecriftVive. In mid-2016, jrbudda and Techjar started updating the mod, and have since added many features and improved compatibility with the greater Minecraft community. To differentiate the current version, Vivecraft is now being used.
