Rate/salary: $16/hour
We are looking for a full-time Clerical Assistant to assist the organization to better integrate internal service enabling growth of the company.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Checking and entering data
- Rating of orders
- Reviewing files and updating information
- Maintaining accurate records
- Maintaining filing systems
- Organizing and scheduling appointments
- Photocopying, scanning and faxing
- Other assigned tasks
Key Competencies:
- Minimum 1 year in an office assistant role preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook and Excel).
- High level of personal integrity and reliability
- Expert problem solving ability
- Knowledge of transportation industry and terminology
- Organizational and planning
- Communication skills - verbal and written
- Confidentiality
