This Minecraft Mario mod changes the regular mob into enemies from the Mario series and isn't only limited to Nintendo consoles. Minecraft servers There have actually been official Mario DLC packs, but they've always been restricted to the Nintendo family of consoles, however that ends today.
RaineyX is a Minecraft YouTuber, decided to create the mod after being inspired by the Mario Kart mod we wrote last month. The modders use software to alter the models and then release them back into the natural world. You can view their video about the process. This mod doesn't change the behaviours of any of the affected Minecraft mobs however it's an appealing visual effect. It's a great demonstration of how, if you've got the necessary skills, it's not all difficult to play with Minecraft as a game. This is probably the reason there are so many fantastic Minecraft mods. It's a shame Nintendo isn't embracing PC gamers more.

You only need to look at the likes of the new Spellcraft DLC to discover what's possible with Minecraft. It's a blank slate that has so much potential, and you're sure Nintendo could do even more with it. It's likely not going to happen anytime soon though.
